My vintage 1982 Estes DragonShip 7
The DragonShip 7 flew on Sunday and it was a sight to see. A perfectly straight boost to 1500', with no rotation, followed by a gentle roll at the top. The cockpit deployment worked great though one of the chutes was a little slow to open fully, creating some excitement at the flight line. Once opened, it descended gently to the soft sod, bouncing once upon touchdown. There was very little damage and it will definatley fly again ... possibly at the WinterNats in FL.
